Lettering - Swimmers

In order to qualify for a Varsity letter, a swimmer must meet the following qualifications:

1. Exhibit good sportsmanship, respect, and a positive attitude at all times.
2. Attend practices and all meets ON TIME and CONSISTENTLY. Any missed meets must be approved by the coach ahead of time and athletes must communicate with Coach Hall directly regarding missing practices (this is NOT the parents’ responsibility - it is on the athlete to communicate)
3. Display dedication to your personal progress and the culture of the team.
4. Be present for all practices over holiday breaks (Thanksgiving Break and Winter Break)
5. Qualify for two individual races at Fulton County Championships. Relay splits do not count to qualify for these times.
6. Qualifying for an individual state event IN ADDITION TO having good sportsmanship and attendance supersedes other requirements.

FULTON COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIPS QUALIFYING TIMES

Lettering outside of these requirements is at the coach’s discretion. It is an honor, not a right, to earn a letter.

Lettering - Diving

In order to qualify for a Varsity letter, a diver must meet the following qualifications:

1. Exhibit good sportsmanship, respect, and a positive attitude at all times.
2. Attend practices and all meets ON TIME and CONSISTENTLY. Any missed meets must be approved by the coach ahead of time.
3. Display dedication to your personal progress and the culture of the team.
4. Be present for break practices over Thanksgiving and Winter Breaks (must attend at least 2 practices each week of break) and must be logged and verified by a coach.
5. Complete a 6-dive sequence in competition without any failed dives and score above 250 points.
6. Qualifying for state and having good sportsmanship and attendance supersedes other requirements.
